Summary

TVARRA is a D2C safety and mobility brand dedicated to women and children, combining protection, comfort and style. Recognizing that helmets are typically purchased only once every 2–3 years, we have expanded beyond helmets to build a wider product ecosystem that encourages repeat purchases. Our growing portfolio includes helmets, child safety harnesses, Scavva balaclavas, arm sleeves, caps, T-shirts, keychains, visors and visor mechanisms, catering to the everyday safety, mobility and lifestyle needs of women and children.

Notable Achievements

TVARRA has demonstrated strong growth, with Average Order Value (AOV) nearly doubling from ₹637 to ₹1,230. Net sales grew by 83%, from ₹1.32 crore in H2 FY26 to ₹2.41 crore in H1 FY27, despite H1 being a seasonally weaker period. With the peak season ahead, sales are projected to reach ₹3 crore in Q3 and ₹4.31 crore in Q4 FY27, reflecting strong growth momentum and increasing market traction. The brand is building national visibility through Times Fashion Week, five advertising spots during the Women's Asia Cup on Sony Sports, and a partnership with What Women Want, hosted by Kareena Kapoor Khan. Its founder-story feature on People of India crossed 218k views, and the brand progressed to the second round of the Shark Tank India selection process. TVARRA is further strengthening its presence through ground activations with the Chennai and Kolkata Police, college engagement initiatives, and strategic partnerships with MyMotor and MyGate, connecting the brand directly with riders and families.

The Business

TVARRA is a women- and children-focused safety and mobility brand, creating purpose-built products that combine protection, comfort, functionality and style. Unlike conventional safety gear, our products are thoughtfully engineered to address the specific needs of women and children, from better-fitting helmets to practical everyday riding accessories. Our portfolio includes women's helmets, HYP3 kids' helmets, arm sleeves, Scavva balaclavas and other mobility accessories. We are expanding into full-face helmets, child safety harnesses, UPF50+ suncoats and winter protection products, building a comprehensive safety and mobility ecosystem that supports customers across seasons and everyday journeys.

The Market

India has a vast population of women and children who rely on two-wheelers for everyday mobility, yet helmet adoption remains significantly low. Most existing helmet brands focus primarily on price, regulatory compliance and mass distribution, often overlooking the specific needs of women and children in terms of fit, comfort, safety and design. This creates a significant gap in the market. TVARRA is addressing this underserved segment by developing purpose-built safety products that combine superior protection, thoughtful design and everyday comfort, making safety more accessible, desirable and a natural part of daily mobility.
