Summary
Midnight Star Cosmetics is an all-new cosmetics company inspired by the zodiac and astrology. My main mission as the founder is for people to express themselves without the need for the camouflage of regular leading makeup brands. I hope to bring forth products that people can express themselves in, like mood-changing zodiac-themed lip gloss meant to mirror the positives and negatives of each sign, or planetary face mist, inspired by the gods and how they make you feel. My ideal customer is someone who loves makeup, but is tired of creating an alter ego with the regular brands. Unlike big brands such as Mary Kay or L’Oreal, I aspire to create an impactful experience for anyone who wears it. Midnight Star Cosmetics will also be safe for members of the LGBTQIA+ community!

The Business
When you invest in Midnight Star Cosmetics, you’re not only investing in a business, you’re investing in multiple minorities. MSC strives to create a new experience for everyone who wears my brand, REGARDLESS of age, sexuality, gender, etc.!
The Market
The market is absolutely enourmous, with a whopping $380.2 billion generated in 2019. As much as cosmetics seem to always be in, there’s lack of inspiration. ZERO unique inspirations in sight. Mary Kay? Clinique? I THINK NOT.
Objective/Future (Use of funds)
This fund will be mainly used for inventory for now, until I reach a few sales.

Hello! My name is Juno Mercury! I’m the founder of Midnight Star Cosmetics, and I’m a genderfluid female with the pronouns she/her or they/them.
Growth Roadmap
Once I reach a certain age and I get tired, I will pass on my business to a new generation of cosmetics business owners. Also, my family will receive a little under half of my revenue, and 35% of my revenue will be given back to the minorities that need to be heard and expressed.
