The Team

Bryan Ong - CEO
Bryan Ong is a Singapore-based hospitality entrepreneur and business operator focused on building and scaling asset-light hospitality platforms. He has experience across hotel operations, leasing, and turnaround strategies, having been involved in the development, operation, and exit of multiple hospitality assets including hotels and F&B businesses.

He is the founder of BMG Hospitality, where he is building a scalable hospitality operating model centered on efficient space conversion, revenue optimization, and rapid asset activation. His work spans site acquisition strategy, operational structuring, and hospitality system design aimed at improving returns from underutilized real estate.

Bryan combines practical hotel management experience with business strategy and property development insight, with a focus on creating scalable, cash-flow-driven hospitality portfolios.
Lee Swee Mei - CMO
May Lee is the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of BMG Hospitality Pte. Ltd., where she leads the company’s marketing, brand development, and customer acquisition strategy across its hospitality portfolio.

She oversees end-to-end marketing functions including brand positioning, digital marketing, OTA performance, social media strategy, and campaign execution. In her role, she is responsible for driving occupancy growth, improving revenue per available unit, and strengthening direct booking channels.

With experience in managing marketing functions at an MNC-level environment, she brings structured processes, performance discipline, and scalable brand-building capability to the organisation. Her focus is on building a strong, recognisable hospitality brand while supporting rapid expansion and multi-property growth for BMG Hospitality.

Growth Roadmap

Near-term (0–12 months): Optimize and scale current Singapore portfolio while establishing operational systems and cost controls across existing properties.

Mid-term (1–2 years): Expand to secondary locations within Singapore and launch initial Hong Kong properties, leveraging proven operational playbook and landlord relationships.

Long-term (2+ years): Build a portfolio of 5–10 capsule properties across Singapore and Hong Kong, establish brand recognition in the budget hospitality segment, and explore adjacent revenue streams (F&B, co-working) to increase revenue per asset and per square metre.
