Zenity Raised $125M to Secure the Billion AI Agents That Are About to Run Your Business

Total funding reaches approximately $185 million following the round.

The company, headquartered in New York with its R&D center in Tel Aviv, has built a platform that monitors, audits, and governs AI agents operating inside enterprise environments. The threat model Zenity is addressing is specific: when an AI agent has access to your Salesforce, your code repository, your internal documents, and your customer data, a misconfigured agent or a malicious prompt injection can cause damage at machine speed. The traditional cybersecurity stack was not built for this.

In April 2026, Gartner recognized Zenity as the company to beat in the AI agent governance market — a category that did not meaningfully exist 18 months ago. The AI agent security market is projected to grow from $1.65 billion in 2026 to $13.52 billion by 2032 at a 42% compound annual growth rate.

The company now has more than 230 employees globally and is expanding into new enterprise markets across North America, Europe, and Asia following the raise.
