Rootical is a startup studio that catalyzes purpose-driven entrepreneurship in Uganda's regenerative agri-food sector. The organization works with pre-idea entrepreneurs to co-create regenerative agriculture and food businesses from the ground up, providing them with tools, skills, networks, and capital. Hannes leads strategy and replication efforts to build locally-owned, steward-owned businesses that regenerate soils, communities, and food systems while improving livelihoods for small farmers.
